中野北口の飲食店街のビルの2Ｆにある中華料理店。
独特の雰囲気の入り口て、中に入ると中華居酒屋という雰囲気で、少しのカウンターとテーブル席がありましたが、中東系のスタッフの方々でやられていました。
メニューは、特にランチメニューは無く、一品料理を定食にするか、麺類、米類を頼む仕組みでしたが、
【皿台湾めん】880円+山椒サワー660円
を頼んで、3分程でサワーから届きました。
山椒サワーは、爽快な山椒香るドライなサワーで美味しかったです。
皿台湾めんは、パリパリな麺がもやし、ニラ、豚肉等の具材と濃厚ソースで炒められて目玉焼きが載り、紅生姜が添えられた一皿です。
このソースが独特の旨味と塩味、スパイス感を感じる味わいで、塩辛いギリギリの濃さでしたが、美味しいかったです。
麺も独特のパリパリ感とモチッと感もある固さで、後惹く食感でした。
途中で目玉焼きを崩しましたが、ここまで濃い味わいだと、生卵にディップしてごはんと合わせても良さそうな味わいでしたが、
山椒サワーと共に酒のアテとして楽しみました。
